Plasma Machine:

Iron Work:

The ironworker is a compact hydraulic powered unit. It shears, punches,      bends, notches, and copes. This 2600 lb machine can handle material up to 3/4" thick or 50 tons. It allows us to punch 1/16" to 1 1/8" holes in any material. It also has a 6' x 6' x 1/2" angle shear.

Press Brakes:

The press brake allows us to break up to 3/8" plate x 12' long.

½" thick x 6' plate roll:

Our 1/2" x 6' roll allows us to roll 1/2" thick x 6' maximum plate from 10" diameter.

2 - 3/8" thick x 12' shear:

The shear will shear any metal .007 to 3/8" thick x 12' long.
